I graduated in December but have a lease until August that I'm
still paying for. I'd rather not still be paying for it,
naturally. If you or anyone you know needs a short-term lease for
now or even not until summer classes, this is a great deal. I
have a posting in facebook marketplace with a few pictures, but
can arrange for you to come look at the place in person.

This house is BIG with lots of property around it (great for
parties) and there are no neighbors directly bordering us (great
for parties). There are a couple apartment places across the
street but behind is all woods. It's located at 3631 SW 17th
Place, which is just past Museum Walk on 19th Ave. (by Estates,
Sweetbay, Hilton, etc.) Plenty of places to park and plenty of
space for an animal. Roommates are all laid back, responsible 21+
year olds. Two are in grad school. They are good guys to hang
out with but if you want to do your own thing they won't bother
you.

Three other roommates. One has his own (master) bathroom, so the
second bathroom is shared by three people. Very large kitchen
area, bar, kegerator, ping pong room, lots of storage space.

The rent is really cheap (around $340 I think) and with GRU and
COX it is less than $450 per month. Summer might be a bit more
expensive because of running the A/C but that's nothing unusual.

If the cost is a concern I may consider being flexible. Let me
know if you or someone you know might be interested!

Thanks,
Sean Hipworth
