Dear UnivFL PrehealthAdvisor,
AADSAS would like to remind you that the December 1, 2005 deadline is approaching quickly for the dental schools listed at the bottom of this message.
The AADSAS deadline for those schools ends at 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on December 1, 2005. The web application will not permit you to designate a dental school once its deadline date has passed. A school is not considered designated until the corresponding fee has been paid in full before the deadline date. If you miss the application deadline for one or more colleges, you may designate other dental schools whose deadlines have not expired.
Official Transcripts
If you have not already done so, arrange for AADSAS to receive your transcripts by the earliest deadline date established by your designated dental schools. Your application will not be verified and mailed until ALL transcripts have been received.
To request transcripts, use the AADSAS Transcript Matching form to request an official transcript from each U.S./Canadian college you have attended. To access the form, login to your application and select "Colleges Attended/Transcripts Matching Form" on the Checklist page. Select Transcript Request Form at the top of the page. Print the page and forward it to your registrar. The registrar should attach the AADSAS Transcript Matching form to a sealed official copy of your transcript and forward it directly to:

AADSAS does not accept student-issued (unofficial) transcripts, or any faxed copies of transcripts. Transcripts are to be received directly from the Registrar's office.
If you have not already submitted your application, please do so along with your transcripts and fee to AADSAS as soon as possible. Otherwise, if you have already submitted your application, you still have the option to designate additional dental schools and submit the corresponding fees before the receptive deadline expire.
