I'm pretty sure you just send an email to [log in to unmask]">[log in to unmask] with
nothing in the body of the message but "subscribe __________" with
whatever listserv you want in the blank. for sho, it would be
"subscribe SHODISCUSSION-L".
Likewise, to unsubscribe from SHO (heaven forbid!), you'd put in
"unsubscribe SHODISCUSSION-L"
